1. THE ENTITY This website and all associated services are owned and operated by Gloth, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES Gloth, LLC currently provides professional chemical formulation and scientific consulting services. Physical cosmetic products (e.g., lip gloss, eyeshadow) displayed are in the research and development phase and are not yet available for retail sale.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All proprietary chemical structures, trade secrets, and branding are the exclusive property of Gloth, LLC. No transfer of IP occurs through the purchase of services.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Gloth, LLC provides formulation data for R&D purposes only. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

5. GOVERNING LAW These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
